V Transnational Meeting Cuenca

Day 1

From 9:30: to 10:00 → Participants reception. Some people is coming the same day, so it is convenient to leave some period waiting to all of us.

From 10:00: to 10:30 → Project general situation. Summarize all the activities performed. Assessment of objectives accomplished and remaining activities to assure sustainability of the project.

From 10:30 to 11:.00 → Coffee break

From 11:00 to 13,30→ Partners impact exposition (about 10-15 min each partner) Every partner will expose the impact that the project have had in their institutions (for example, benefits, transnational, interdisciplinary, intersectoral, that the cooperation has brought to the partners, also in the long term, after the Erasmus+ grant, possibilities of transferring the knowledge and results to another organizations not only in the educational field…).

From 13.30 to 15:00 → Lunch- https://www.laplayacuenca.com/

From 15:00 to 17:00 → Recreational area Cuenca´s beach – Optional swing river/swimming pool activities/ walk in the nature.

Day 2

From 9:00 to 9:30 →Participants reception

From 9:30 to 11:30 → Transfer and guided visit to Noheda Archaeological site.

From 11:30 to 12:00 → Transfer to Fablab headquarters

From 12:00 to 13:00 → Document control. Solving doubts about budget, document necessaries to deliver, etc. Questions and answers time. Meeting closing. Project closing.
