Day 1

From 9.30 to 10.00 – Participants’ arrival. All the participants are coming the same day at different hours, so it is convenient to wait until everyone arrives

From 10.00 to 10.30 – General discussion of the Project. Dissemination: analysis of actions carried out and actions that need to be taken. Assessing the development of the Project

From 10.30 to 11.00 – Coffee break

From 11.00 to 12.00 – Presentation at the Omero Museum with the founders Aldo Grassini and Daniela Bottegoni

From 12.00 to 13.00 – Visit of the Omero Museum and its typhlo-didactic services: Braille transcriptions, audio guides and multimedia supports, in relief drawings made on heat-sensitive microcapsule paper, in relief translations: transposition of images on to moldable material (plasticine, clay, wood) and tactile books

From 13.00 to 14.00 Lunch break

From 14.00 to 16.30 Tactile workshops inside the Museum collection

From 16.30 to 18.00 Free time

From 18.00 to 20.00 Short walk together around Ancona’s historical city center towards the Passetto beach

From 18.00 to 21.00 Possibility of dining Pizza together[*] near the Passetto area (Il Giardino Restaurant)

Day 2

From 9.00 to 9.30 – Arrival of the participants

From 9.30 to 10.30 – Visit to Mannucci Art School with analysis of different examples of tactile products made with 3D printing technique

From 10.30 to 11.00 – Coffee break

From 11.00 to 11.30 – Transfer to the Omero Museum

From 11.30 to 13.00 – Multisensorial visit to the Design Collection with the curator Arch. Fabio Fornasari

From 13.00 to 13.30 – Q&A time. End of the meeting.
