From 9:30: to 10:00 → Participants reception. Some people is coming the same day, so it is convenient to leave some period waiting to all of us.

From 10:00: to 10:30 → Project general situation. Dissemination: actions carried out. Actions to be taken. Project development assessment.

From 10:30 to 11:.00 → Coffee break

From 11:00 to 12:00→ Future actions. Next meeting. Targeting milestones. Successful experiences to be shared. Researching options to evidence the current accessibility situation in museums: questionnaire assessment.

From 12:00 to 13:00 → Urban mobilities innovation (NAVILENS)

From 13:00 to 13:30 → Guided Almoina museum visit

From 13:30 to 14:00 → Short walk to City Council building

From 14:00 to 14:30: → Mascletà (pyrotechnical spectacle)

From 14:45 to 16:45 → Lunch “Saona”

From 17:00 to 19:00 → City center typhlotechnical touristic journey and food tasting (blinded)

Day 2

From 9:00 to 9:30 →Participants reception

From 9:30 to 10:30 → Needs, doubts, comments, suggestions, etc., about the previous day

From 10:30 to 11:00 → Coffee break

From 11:00 to 12:00 → Book presentation: “Las aventuras de Largo y el Libro Mágico”

From 12:00 to 12:30 (approx) → Questions and answers time. Meeting closing.
