II Transnational Meeting Vilnius

Day 1

From 9:00: to 9:30 → Participants reception. If some people is coming the same day, it is convenient to leave some period waiting to all of us.

From 9:30: to 9:50 → Project general situation. Coordinator explains the current situation, what’s been already done, agreements reached in the on line meetings, new partner introduction, etc.

From 9:50 to 10:15 →New timetable. Agreement on the new dates for the following milestones:

* Cuenca Learning-Course

* Valencia Meeting

* Ancona Meeting

* Cuenca Meeting

From 10:15 to 10:35 → Coffee break

From 10:35 to 11:30 → – Dissemination: actions carried out. Actions to be taken: Work in groups to plan the actions that can be carried out and follow up with those already taken (social networks, regular media, congresses, etc.) According to the application form approved, we should perform (literally):

* Exhibitions in the participating museums with the pieces that, eventually, have been printed in the participating schools.

* Creation and maintenance of own accounts, associated with the project, in the most important social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

* Creation of an e-Twinning project in the platform, sharing the activities, results and conclusions with everyone interested.

From 11:30 to 13:00 → Educative actions to be taken: Work in groups to plan the actions

that can be carried out and follow up with those already taken. According to the application form approved (literally), we should perform:

* The assessment about the usefulness of 3D printing in the manufacture of objects that help the visually impaired.

* Creation of small accessibility guides for art museums for people with visual disabilities to be used as brochures, triptychs, etc., in any museum interested in improvement of accessibility and inclusive practices.

* Other proposals.

From 13:00 to 14:30 → Lunch

From 14:30 to 16:30→ Visit and guided tour to the space “Dialogue in the Dark”. Commercial, culture and entertainment space, with blind people working there.

Day 2

From 9:00 to 9:30 →Participants reception

From 9:30 to 10:15 → Cuenca Learning activity planning.

* Proposals on contents will be done in order to facilitate the course performance by FabLab

* Needs, doubts, comments, suggestions, etc., about the course

From 10:15 to 10:45 → Coffee break

From 10:45 to 11:15 → Economic aspects explanations and comments (costs of the learning course, first and last payments, etc.)

From 11:15 to 12:45 → Experience based educational program, “Theater of Senses” and musician Gediminas Žilys.

From 12:45 to 13:00 (approx.) → Questions and answers time. Meeting closing
